Learn about the Magicians Agency

Suspend your disbelief for a second and take a moment to enter a whimsical reality with the Magicians Agency. You may not have heard about the Magicians Agency, as it’s a secret organization run completely by magicians, including its current operations and its founding. The idea is that the Magicians Agency makes the world safer by taking dangerous missions. The team that you will see in San Antonio is part of the Magicians Agency, 61st Chapter, and sometimes abbreviated as MA.6.1.c.

What to Expect

For those who want to stick to the clear facts instead of thinking about the possible missions the Magicians Agency actually goes on, just focus on the show. The performances have magic tricks along with illusions, including things you have likely never seen before and some classics that you’ve seen in the past but likely still don’t understand. There’s also audience participation and some comedy mixed in to keep you laughing. Even the venue for the show helps enhance the experience, as it’s a converted church building.

Where You’ve Heard of It

If the Magicians Agency sounds familiar to you but you aren’t sure where you heard it before, that’s probably because they have been around for a while. The show was created by Scott Pepper, who acts as the producer and has been around the world performing. During this time, he’s spent a generous amount of time on Disney cruises. He even recently headlined at Hollywood’s Magic Castle. If you watch the CW’s “Masters of Illusion,” get ready to see him in the upcoming season four.
